Harper’s Station of Gainesville, a 192-unit seniors housing development in the Washington DC suburbs, opens its doors to residents.
GAINESVILLE, April 8, 2022 — Harper’s Station of Gainesville, a newly constructed Class A seniors housing community, is now open and welcoming the first residents. The community is situated on 8.6 acres in Gainesville, Virginia, a suburb with a rapidly growing population of senior adults, located approximately 30 miles west of Washington DC.
Harper’s Station features 192 independent living, assisted living, and memory care units. The community aims to create a premier retirement experience, offering upscale amenities including an indoor pool, a courtyard featuring an outdoor fireplace and putting green, walking trails, fitness areas, and an on-site library and coffee shop.
The Gainesville community was built by BPB Development. It is being operated by SRI Management, a privately held management company that provides development assistance and operational programming for seniors housing and hospitality properties throughout the eastern United States. SRI manages over 30 communities across the eastern United States including seven for Bourne Financial Group.
