Ladonna Francis
Ladonna Francis is a Senior Accountant for Bourne Financial Group, where she is responsible for Bourne Seniors Housing funds and Ciel communities. She brings 14 years’ experience to the BFG team, including business bookkeeping, financial management, and tax accounting. Prior to joining BFG in 2023, Ladonna was the Director of Accounting for Enterprise Florida, Inc., where she oversaw the accounting department, maintained general ledger records, reviewed all reconciliations, and assisted with all financial and compliance audits.
Ladonna holds a B.B.A in Accounting from Monroe College and a M.S. in Accounting from Kaplan University. She has earned a reputation as a creative and critical thinker, with the determination to investigate and resolve complex issues. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with family.
